1.        What is Quantum Meets?

Quantum Meets is the annual quantum conference organised by QDNL. With the aim of connecting the global quantum community and spotlighting the Dutch quantum ecosystem, Quantum Meets is a series of refreshingly different quantum events.

From compelling keynote speakers and a series of inspiring sessions, through quantum tech company exhibitions and in-person hub tours, to a brunch event that connects startups and investors, Quantum Meets is shaped by the quantum community. Expect a week full of connections and a warm, collaborative atmosphere.

2.        Who should attend?

Quantum Meets is designed to connect the global quantum community, from researchers and founders to industry professionals and policymakers. We invite everyone interested in and curious about quantum and its use cases to join us at the event.

3.        Where will the conference take place?

The main programme will take place on Wednesday, 20 May, at B.Amsterdam in Amsterdam, the Netherlands. On Tuesday, 19 May and Thursday, 21 May, we also organise bus tours to visit one of our quantum hubs in Delft, Eindhoven, Leiden, Twente or Amsterdam. Please note that you must register for the hub of your choice and can choose to join one or two of the hub tours.

4.        Why is Nodes not included in this year’s programme?

This year, QDNL has independently organised Quantum Meets, with the main programme taking place on Wednesday, 20 May.

As the event programme began to take its shape, we noticed that Quantum Meets Innovation (20 May) and Nodes were growing in the same direction. Rather than run two similar events on separate days, we decided to pause the Nodes programme originally planned for Thursday, 21 May.

For our 2026 edition of Quantum Meets, we will offer a more robust programme on Wednesday. We remain committed to delivering a full programme of engaging sessions, interactive elements, and networking opportunities for all of our guests.

Registration & Tickets

5.        How do I register?

You can register via our event partner by following the link here.

6.        How much do the tickets cost?

The general admission ticket is €49,95. A student ticket is offered at a discounted price of €8,00 using the code STUDENT2026. Students must show their student ID at pass pickup.

7.        Why is there an admission fee for the 2026 edition?

Following the end of our partnership with QExpo, Quantum Meets is fully financed by QDNL. We are a non-profit organisation funded through the National Dutch Growth Fund. As such, we are charging a nominal fee of €49,95 per person to cover hospitality expenses, including food and beverages.

If this fee is a barrier to attendance, please contact us at quantummeets@quantumdelta.nl, and we will explore possible accommodations.

As a non-profit organisation, QDNL does not and has never made a profit from Quantum Meets.

8.        What is included in the ticket?

The ticket to Quantum Meets 2026 includes access to the main programme on Wednesday, 20 May. The bus tours to our quantum hubs across the Netherlands are ticketed separately at registration. Registration for hub tours opens soon. Please sign up in advance, as space is very limited.

9.        Will there be virtual attendance options?

Quantum Meets is a live event that brings the community together in person. Unfortunately, we do not record sessions for later viewing or offer virtual joining options.

10.        Can I cancel or transfer my ticket?

Tickets are non-refundable but may be transferred to another participant up to 14 days ahead of the event start date. Contact us at quantummeets@quantumdelta.nl for assistance.

Logistics

11.  Is there a conference agenda available?

Yes. A detailed agenda, including session times and speakers, will be available on our website in the coming weeks.

12.  Are meals provided?

Yes. Coffee breaks and lunch are provided each conference day. Dietary restrictions can be indicated during registration.

13.  I am travelling from abroad. What accommodation options are available?
